Terms of Service

The Agreement
These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Venubee. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, accessing the dashboard, or using any Venubee service, you agree to these terms.
If you use Venubee on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to both you and that organization.
The Venubee Service
Venubee provides a software-as-a-service platform that lets customers manage digital content, playlists, schedules, connected displays, media, users, and related workflows from a web dashboard and supported applications.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to keep Venubee reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, keeping account information accurate, and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@venubee.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
You may invite authorized users to your workspace. You are responsible for those users' access, permissions, and compliance with these terms.
Plans, Billing & Renewals
- Plans - available features, limits, pricing, and billing intervals are described on the Pricing page or in your order form.
- Subscriptions - paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or other stated billing cycle and renew automatically until canceled.
- Trials - if a free trial is offered, the trial terms shown at signup apply. After a paid trial converts, your subscription renews unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Payment authorization - by providing a payment method, you authorize Venubee and our payment processor to charge all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other charges.
- Price changes - if pricing changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription from the dashboard or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access until that period ends.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or unused subscription time.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@venubee.com as soon as possible so we can review the charge.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content, media, files, data, and materials that you or your authorized users upload, submit, display, or manage through Venubee.
You grant Venubee a limited, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and licenses needed for your content, including rights for images, videos, audio, trademarks, third-party materials, and personal information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Venubee to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Upload or display unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or attempt to access other customers' data.
- Transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or harmful code.
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label Venubee without written approval.
- Use the service for regulated or high-risk activities without all required approvals.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these rules, create security risk, harm other users, or expose Venubee to legal or operational risk.
Our Intellectual Property
Venubee and our licensors own the service, software, dashboard, applications, templates, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These terms give you a limited right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership of any Venubee intellectual property.
Third-Party Services
Venubee may integrate with third-party services, applications, or content sources. Your use of those third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venubee disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venubee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venubee's total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Venubee for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Venubee at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.
After termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete account data and customer content according to our Privacy Policy, backup practices, and legal obligations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email, in-product notice, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Venubee after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws stated in your order form or other written agreement with Venubee. If no governing law is stated, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Venubee is legally established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
